During this time, I have had the opportunity to work for a big National Recruiter and have also been exposed to working with smaller Recruitment Agencies and learnt from both.

I set up my own business back in 2018 to do Recruitment the way I felt was right
I focus on the people and not just relentless recruitment targets!
Before I worked in Recruitment, I managed a small Call Centre and prior to that worked in Financial Services for ten years.
Feel Valued
People do not want to be treated as a number. People want to feel valued and listened to and supported and this is what I do best.
Over the years, I am enormously proud that I have built my reputation by doing an excellent job, and with that comes loyalty and customers who always come back. It also encourages an organic referral process of which I am immensely proud.

I am completely transparent in my approach – there is no hidden agenda – what you see is what you get! No cliches just a good old fashion conversation to help people find jobs and companies find staff!
