Consistency is key when dealing with the recruitment process – there is nothing worse than not knowing who to speak to but with Ginger Top Recruitment you know it will ALWAYS be me!

I am always honest with people and am extremely open. I will always offer help and support by having a chat to guide people in the right direction. Over the years I have been immensely proud of helping people who have lost their confidence along the way and have steered them to a brighter happier future. People have even baked me cakes to say thank you - not that I expect that of course but it is very rewarding when people send cards and make you feel appreciated!

Unlike some Agencies, I focus purely on permanent and contract vacancies but can recruit for any type of commercial office or engineering role.

Location is not an issue either – I have worked for a long time with local businesses in the Bedfordshire area, I am no longer restricted to a particular location. Although I can meet people on Zoom or Teams, I much prefer to meet up in person and really get to know what people are looking for.

I offer a real personal touch and love nothing more than getting to know people and a business.
